British Army team welcomed at Windscale, with Help For Heroes Charity the winner.

The annual challenge for the Windscale select versus the British Army took place last Friday evening in front of a very appreciative, enthralled audience, who have come to recognise the true friendship that exists between our two teams. The main event of the evening really being the accrual of as much money as possible for the Help For Heroes charity, and this was achieved, more later!

Summer Teams 2012

The annual social competition for Summer Teams this year was a great success, albeit with reduced numbers from previously but with all those playing more committed to enjoy themselves and socialising, from the new player in each team through to the most experienced. Thank you all.

Junior Summer Teams triumph

Throughout the summer months the Windscale juniors have taken to the courts in teams of 5 to play against each other in ranked order and created a really good junior atmosphere at the club once again.

Summer Team 2010 Semi Finals

In tonight's semi finals the Hero's (Mike Hetheringtons team) were not heroic enough as they were smashed aside by the Dodgems (Ryan Dorans team) in a relatively one sided affair.
