Spinning Bikes!

At long last the spinning bikes have arrived after a couple of false dawns, and countless broken delivery date promises.
So, during January we are offering their use for free as taster sessions, in order to get everyone up to speed as far as standard and level are concerned, ready for Spinning sessions starting in February.
