Over the weekend 5/6^th June, seventy four players from all over the north of England, including Cumbria, Northumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lincolnshire, as well as one entry from Aberdeen Scotland, played some outstanding squash in both boys and girls under 13, 15, 17, and 19 age groups.

Two local winners emerged as champions for their entered age group, Jessica Winder playing up from her usual under fifteens in the under 17's, and Hannah Crichton likewise playing up from her usual under seventeen event , triumphing in the under 19's.

Other Windscale juniors had differing degrees of success, but all competed well against the best in the north of England and can be proud of their efforts.
