| Ashton Telford | Kaitlyn Carruthers |
Kaitlyn Carruthers and Ashton Telford were playing each other in the first match of the morning and it was Kaitlyn who triumphed 3-0, although Ashton 'stuck-in' all the way through to the end but couldn't deny Kaitlyn her win, 11/1, 11/3, 11/8. This meant that Ashton was left to play for 7th/8th position against Olivia Harris, and although always in the games couldn't stop her opponent winning 11/6, 11/6, 11/7 for a 3-0 result, Ashton finished 8th. Kaitlyn played off for 5th/6th against Amy Rayson from Carlisle and won the first game 11/1, and then followed up with the second and third also 11/8, 11/6 for a fantastic 5th overall position. As mentioned in the opening summary, Jordan Corlett started with a victory in her 1st to 4th play-off against Aanya Hamilton, winning the opening game 11/2 easily, the next one was very tight just clinching it 12/10, but from that point on she dominated the last game with an 11/5 win for a 3-0 result. This put her in the final against the number 1 seed Erin Vitty from Northumberland and after showing no regard for the rankings powered away to a 2-0 lead with 11/5, 11/9 games. Erin was getting closer and sneaked the third game 12/10 to slow Jordan down a little, however she wasn't to be denied and took the fourth game 11/6 to win 3-1, and claim the competition, a fitting reward for Jordan, her family, supporters and coach Jake Musson.

| Tim Outhwaite |
Tim Outhwaite was back to contest the 9th/10th/11th Round Robin aspect of this competition, and continued his good form from Saturday as he outplayed Philip Jackson in his first game 3-0, 11/2, 11/3, 11/6. Playing some great squash and looking like it all was pretty natural to him, he more than showed enough talent to do very well. His second game however was less authoritative, getting despatched by Adam Goad 3-0, whose squash was simply too good, Tim only getting close in the third game by forcing a tie-break, but Adam had enough nerve to see it through and get the result, 11/2, 11/6, 12/10. Tim was the Plate runner-up, finishing 10th.

| Brandon Groggins | Ross Singleton |
Brandon Groggins struggled to overcome George Kemp from Wigton in his 5th/8th play-off match, and didn't play as well as he had the day before, however despite only winning it in the fifth game, 'a wins a win', and the 3-2 result came about through a bit of dogged determination. After being 2-0 up and coasting 11/8, 11/4 (only to think it was won), then finding himself level after George deservedly claimed the next two games 11/8, 11/9, it meant him having to play the fifth which fortunately he won 11/5, which should serve as a valuable lesson to him. His next game was against the 'other' Kemp John, and to be fair once John 'sussed' that Brandon was only going to cross court the ball deep to the back of the court, it made his game easier. Brandon never threatened John and as he lost his composure his enthusiasm dwindled, John winning 3-0 11/6, 11/2, 11/5, Brandon finished 6th. Ross Singleton opened up with his 1 to 4 play-off game against Oliver Stewart from Carlisle, and was rampant compared to Saturday and obviously in no mood to be detained any longer than required, he won 3-0, 11/3, 11/1, 11/5 to progress also to his age group final where he was up against Lewis Southward the top seed. Lewis took the first 11/6, but Ross troubled him in the second and once Lewis was behind a different player was seen, he couldn't get any rhythm and Ross levelled with an 11/8 game. Lewis upped the pace in the third to give Ross the 'hurry-up' and this worked out well for him, taking a lead again with an 11/5 game. Ross wasn't quite out yet, and ran around recovering many shots that Lewis expected to be winners, but eventually all the court covering cost Ross, as Lewis just claimed the win with an 11/9 tight fourth game, for a 3-1 match result. Ross finished 2nd.

| Dominic Corlett | Sam Nichol |
Dominic Corlett playing against Daniel Askew in the 9th/12th play-offs produced one of the upsets of the day as Daniel is a seasoned County junior, but on the day it was Dominic who triumphed with a gutsy 3-2 win. Having taken the first 11/9, he followed it up in identical fashion in the second 11/9 again to lead 2-0. Daniel never gets flustered and set about getting himself back into the game, and with an 11/3 game sent out the message to Dominic that he was going to have to fight to win. Dominic pressed on in the fourth game but a couple of crucial points went Daniels way and it was 2 all with Daniel winning the fourth 11/7. Dominic was determined in the fifth not to undo all his great efforts in the first four games, and it was he who went on to win with an 11/7 game to finish the match, putting him in the 9/10 play-off game. He played Ashley Thompson from Barrow, but couldn't reproduce his first match form, although give him his due he tried and he couldn't be faulted for effort. Ashley took the first game 11/9, and Dominic levelled with a second game 11/8 score, but from there on Dominic didn't recreate any of his earlier heroics losing the next two games 11/5, 11/7, to finish up losing 1-3, but ending up 10th overall, a great reward for his weekend. Sam Nichol played Ashley Thompson in his first game of the day and was slow out of the blocks losing the first game 2/11, but improved dramatically in the second to draw level with an 11/9 game, this unfortunately for Sam spurred on Ashley and he claimed the match 3-1 with the next two games 11/7, 11/5, putting Sam into the 11th/12th play-off game. Here he played Dan Askew, who was still smarting from his morning loss, Dan was in no mood to lose to two Windscale players in a day and beat Sam 3-0, 11/7, 11/6, 11/1, as Sam tired after two hard games. Sam finished a creditable 12th.

| Jackson Holliday | Michael Hobbs | Peter Wallace |
An all Windscale affair, Michael Hobbs against Jackson Holliday was played out for the 5th to 8th position play-off and it was Michael that triumphed 3-1, but both players were a credit to themselves and the club in an exciting tight game, played at a furious pace it was Michael who took the opener 11/8, and in an even tighter second game 11/9 it was Michael who was now 2 games up. Jackson played some steady sensible squash at the right time in the third and was rewarded with a win 11/9 to get a foot-hold in the game, but it was short lived as Michael took the next game 11/6 for a 3-1 win. This meant Michael going on to play for 5th/6th place, and Jackson contesting 7th/8th play-off. Michael played Alex Kirkpatrick and in a long five game match, just had enough to beat his opponent in a closely matched encounter. Michael opened up with a 7/11 loss in the first game, but immediately turned it round by taking the next 11/9, then squeaked home in the third, having gone to the tie-breaker 12/10 to lead 2-1. Alex blitzed Michael in the fourth as he was determined to prove his willingness to fight on and with a 4/11 reverse Michael was into a 'one game winner takes all'. Michael played some great squash, but Alex had his own answers and it wasn't surprising that another tie-break was the outcome after a tough fifth game, Michael held his nerve again and took the game 12/10, and match 3-2, to finish 5th overall, probably some of the more consistently good squash Michael has played throughout a tournament, well done. Jackson played Sam Harrison and demolished his opponents chances early on with a message of intent from the first point, playing the right shot at the right time to torment his opponent. Three quick-fire games didn't keep anyone back too long as Jackson raced to a 3-0 win, 11/3, 11/4, 11/2, to finish 7th, great ranking points having chosen to 'play-up' an age group. Peter Wallace played Connor Sheen from Merseyside (eventual Champion) in his 1st to 4th positions play-off, and was slowly into his game allowing Connor to claim the first game 11/5, but in the second game Peter reversed the tide and took a game off Connor, in fact the only one he dropped all weekend, by playing some great squash and testing out Connors court coverage with an 11/6 result. Connor wasn't to be denied however, and took both the next two games 11/6 for a 3-1 victory, as Peter ran out of steam. Peter was into the 3rd/4th place game. Here he played Lewis Wake and took the first game 11/5, only to lose his way in the second and find himself level at one game all, as Lewis won it 11/7. Peter fought back in the third to win 11/3, and Lewis again levelled the match in the next game by taking it 11/6, and it was Lewis's determination in the last game that saw him home 11/6 again for a good 3-2 win, although Peter had pushed him to his limit to claim it, Peter finishing 4th in the competition.
